Use of the membership card constitutes acceptance of the conditions listed herein. Please quote a valid membership number when making any reservations. All offers are subject to availability and prior reservations. Arrangements are not to be made through travel or conference agents and are not applicable to existing negotiated group rates. Dining discounts under this card may not be used in conjunction with any other discount, as mandated by law, regulation or ordinance including, without limitation, the senior citizens discount and other promotion discounts offered in the hotel.

1. Dining Benefits:
The following discounts exclude tax, gratuity, and beverages/alcoholic beverages and are valid at HEAT, Paparazzi, Summer Palace, Senju and Pool Bar, Non-Transferable.  Not valid for catering.  Valid only one card per booking.  Valid only one card per table.

Upon presentation of a valid membership card prior to dining, members will be provided with a complimentary meal for all dining periods at all participating restaurant outlets at Edsa Shangri-La, Manila, on each dining occasion when accompanied by one or more paying guests. The complimentary portion of your bill is determined by the formula below on the total food bill (excluding tax, gratuity, beverages and alcoholic beverages) and subtracting that amount from the original bill. Not valid on Valentine’s day, Easter Sunday, Mother’s day, Father’s day, December 24, December 25,  December 31 and January 1, Eve and First Day of Chinese New Year. Non-Transferable.

• 33.3% for member and up to two (2) paying guests
• 25% for member and up to three (3) paying guests
• 20% for member and up to 4 – 17 guests
• 20% for member dining alone
• 15% discount for beverage in all outlets

2. 50% Dining Vouchers
Member will receive six (6) vouchers valid for fifty (50%) percent discount on total food bill when two (2) persons are dining at HEAT. Valid for only one voucher per booking and/or one voucher per table. Not valid on black-out dates. Non-Transferable.

3. Bar and Other Food Benefit:
• Twenty percent (20%) off at Lobby Lounge valid for food and beverage. Non-Transferable, up to a maximum of ten (10) persons per party.
• Twenty percent (20%) off at E’s bar valid for food and beverage. Non-Transferable, up to a maximum of ten (10) persons per party.
• Twenty percent (20%) off on food purchases at the Bakeshop. Valid daily from 7am to 6pm.  Non-Transferable.

4. Member for a Day:
Member will receive two (2) ‘Member for a Day’ vouchers to be given to a friend or colleague, which entitles bearer to regular dining discount benefits for one meal period (breakfast, lunch or dinner). Saturday and Sunday up to a maximum of 10 guests. Transferable.

5. Dining Benefits at Makati Shangri-La, Traders Hotel, Manila and Mactan Island Resort:
Member will receive ten percent (10%) off the food bill when dining at participating restaurants at Makati Shangri-La, Traders Hotel, Manila and Shangri-la’s Mactan Resort and Spa upon presentation of a valid membership card.

6. Birthday Benefit:
Member will receive one (1) voucher for one complimentary cake when member dines at any of the HOTEL’s restaurants to celebrate his/her Birthday in the month of birth. ID with birthday indicated may be required (i.e. Driver’s License) . 24 hours prior reservation required . Non-Transferable.

7. Complimentary Bottle of Wine:
Member will receive one (1) voucher for a complimentary bottle of wine when    dining with at least one guest at Paparazzi. Transferable

8.  Early Bird Voucher:
Member will receive one (1) voucher for fifty percent (50%) discount on the food bill for a maximum of 12 diners at HEAT, valid for 3 months from purchase of membership. Non-Transferable.

9.  Summer Palace Benefit:
Member will receive one (1) voucher for twenty five percent (25%) discount on the food bill for a maximum of twenty (20) diners at Summer Palace. Non-Transferable

10. CLUBHOTEL Benefit:
Complimentary CLUBHOTEL membership card.  Non-Transferable. CLUBHOTEL benefits are benefits offered to CLUBHOTEL members from other markets.  Benefits include the Dining Benefit 1 herein above and Guest Room Benefit 12:A herein below.  All CLUBHOTEL cards distributed in Manila must state in terms and conditions and the back of CLUBHOTEL card “NOT VALID IN PHILIPPINES”.

11.  Banquet Benefit
 Member will receive two (2) vouchers valued for Php 5,000 each to be used when member spends a minimum Php 100,000 net limited to social functions (applicable on published rates) at Edsa Shangri-la. Voucher must be presented at the time of reservation. Membership must be valid both at the time of booking and on the date of the function. Not valid for existing bookings. Voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts. Non-Transferable. Only one (1) voucher can be used per function. Actual event should transpire on or before expiry date of voucher.
 
12. Guest Room Benefits: 
A. A preferred rate of ten percent (10%) off best available rate on-line for all room type including, Suites, single or double occupancy, valid 7 days a week upon presentation of a valid Membership Card number for members Non-transferable. Subject to availability. 

B. A preferred rate of ten percent (10%) off local rate for all room type including, Suites, single or double occupancy, valid on Friday to Sunday  upon presentation of a valid Membership Card number for members Non-transferable. Subject to availability.  Not applicable for foreigners without residency.

C. Weekend Package: Member will receive two (2) vouchers for a Special Weekend Package at Edsa Shangri-La that entitles member to a two-night weekend stay in a Superior Room for Php 9,000++ inclusive of buffet breakfast for two (2) persons at HEAT when checking-in either on a Friday or a Saturday. Valid only for one (1) room per voucher. Subject to space availability. Not valid through periods of expected high occupancy. Advanced reservations required. Non-Transferable

D. Weekend Rate: Member will receive two (2) vouchers for a special weekend rate of Php4,500++ per night in a Superior room with buffet breakfast for two (2) at HEAT. Non Transferable.

E. Room Upgrade: Member will receive two (2) vouchers for an upgrade to an Executive Room at Edsa Shangri-la for a maximum of three (3) consecutive nights at a special upgrade rate of Php 2,000 net per night, including breakfast for two (2) persons. Non-Transferable.

F. Buy two and get one free: Member will receive two (2) vouchers for stay of two (2) nights at local resident’s rate and get third night free (excluding breakfast on the complimentary room night, 3rd night). Non-Transferable. Nights must be consecutive. If member decides to stay one night only, no cash compensation or discount in lieu of the second night.

G. Chi Premier Room Package – Member will receive two (2) vouchers for overnight accommodation at a Chi Premier room for two persons at Php10,000++ per night with buffet breakfast at HEAT and Simply CHI treatment for two persons. Transferable.

13. Referral Card Incentive:
Member will receive one (1) voucher valid for one (1) complimentary Buffet Lunch or Dinner (for two persons) at HEAT for every two (2) new successful referrals. Not valid on Valentines Day, Easter Sunday, Mother’s day, Father’s day, December 24, December 25, December 31 and January 1, Eve and First day of Chinese New Year, Dinners on Fridays and Saturdays.

14. Renewal Benefit:
For First Year:
• Member will receive one (1) complimentary supplementary membership card for dining and laundry discount.

For Succeeding Renewals:
• Member will receive one (1) complimentary supplementary membership card for dining and laundry discount
• Member will also receive one voucher for lunch or dinner for two at HEAT to be used within 2 months of membership purchase. Valid Monday to Thursday. Non-Transferable.

15  Other Benefits:
A. Two (2) vouchers for ten percent (10%) off on the annual Health Club membership (family and single package). Not applicable for quarterly or bi-annual memberships. Non-Transferable.

B. Member will receive two (2) vouchers for one (1) week free trial at Edsa Shangri-la’s Health Club for one (1) person. The week commences from the first date of use for seven (7) consecutive days. Non-Transferable.

C. Member will receive two (2) vouchers for fifteen percent (15%) discount on regular treatments at Chi, The Spa.  This excludes Simply Chi, Ylang Ylang, Himbing and other promotional treatments. Transferable.

D. Member will receive two (2) vouchers for fifteen percent (15%) off at Chi Spa except Simply Chi Treatment. Transferable.

E. Member will receive one (1) voucher for a complimentary manicure or pedicure or hot oil when availing of haircut services at Headzone. Transferable.

F. Member will receive ten percent (10%) off on Massage Service at Health Club or for in-room massage in the case of in-house guests. Non-transferable.

G. Member will receive fifteen percent (15%) off on laundry services upon presentation of a valid membership card. Non-transferable
 
All benefits above are Not valid for bookings through travel agents, or for group or block bookings.  Members need not be present at the time of their guests' check-in.  Reservations must be made in advance and are subject to space availability restrictions.  Membership number must be provided upon time of advance reservation for member and/or guest.

Lost/Stolen Card – Pesos500 for card replacement, no replacement for Lost Package

Cancellation – Honored within 10 days of receipt of package, subject to cancellation fee of Pesos500 after the 10 day period

The membership price shall be determined by COMPANY based on the result of the market test. COMPANY is entitled to adjust the membership price within the range of the above recommended price in response to the market demand during the term of this Agreement. HOTEL's prior approval is required if COMPANY would like to adjust the membership price beyond the range of the above recommended price.

Black-out dates
The card is not valid on February 14, Easter Sunday, Mother’s day, Father’s day, December 24, December 25, December 31 and January 1, Eve and First Day of Chinese New Year.
